1. Our promise to you... quality not quantity!
All lampwork beads are handmade, electric kiln annealed and cleaned by hand with tender loving care to ensure you receive a high quality, original little work of art.

3. Payment and Delivery
We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards via your Paypal account (www.paypal.com). If you wish to pay by cheque please contact us before ordering.
As soon as we receive payment your order will be delivered to you by 1st Class Recorded Delivery within 3 - 5 working days (or maybe sooner!). The only exception will be for customised orders, international orders or orders where an item may already have sold. If the latter is the case we will make your very own item especially for you!
4. Postage & Packing
All items are placed in an complimentary organza bag.
UK and Ireland Postage: £2 postage and packing flat rate charge for all items. All items will be sent First Class Recorded Delivery in the UK. Eire customers please select UK when applying postage to ensure you get a better deal on postage!
For UK and Eire customers, purchases over £50 will not incur any postage costs.
International Postage: Europe £5 postage and packing, all other countries £7.
(NB: International orders may be subject to your own country's customs and excise laws and duties. It will be your responsibility to pay for any additional fees or duties.)
Proof of postage will be obtained for all orders posted.
5. Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order (with the exception of earrings due to health & hygiene regulations) you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days from the date of dispatch for a refund. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund postal charges.
Before returning the item please contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will be happy to provide you with a refund/exchange providing the item is returned complete, in perfect saleable condition and in its original packing. For all returns, with the exception of faulty items, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s. We cannot accept responsibility for orders damaged or lost in transit.
All items are quality checked prior to dispatch. If it is proven the item was faulty prior to dispatch we will provide you with a refund, exchange or will repair the fault at no extra cost to you.
